Over 12 years' experience in the support industry

With over 12 years’ experience across aged care and disability support, I bring strong practical skills, NDIS knowledge and a calm, person‑centred approach to every interaction. I’m fully qualified (Cert III Individual Support, Cert IV Disability, Cert IV Training & Assessment), insured, and hold all required clearances including NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid/CPR and medication competency. Alongside my support work, I bring creative skills in arts and crafts to offer engaging, confidence‑building activities tailored to each person’s interests and abilities.
