Terms & Conditions – Paint & Sip and Art & Crafts

  1. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be made in advance.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Spaces are limited; bookings are confirmed on a first come basis.
  • Minimum numbers are required for the event to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, the event may be rescheduled or refunded.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Participant cancellations:
  • More than 48 hours’ notice → credit or transfer to another session.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice → no refund or credit (you may transfer your ticket to another person).
  • Provider cancellations:
  • If Trusted Indi Supports WA cancels or reschedules, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date.
  1. Support Workers
  • Support workers are welcome to attend.
  • If a support worker wishes to create their own artwork, a paid ticket is required.
  • If they are attending purely in a support role, no ticket is required.
  1. Accessibility & Support Needs
  • Please advise of any accessibility, sensory, or support needs at the time of booking so the space can be prepared accordingly.
  1. Support at the Event
  • Trusted Indi Supports WA is not providing support services at this event. All “High Needs” participants are responsible for arranging their own support worker if they require assistance with    personal care, mobility, behaviour support, communication, medication, or any other “support needs” during the event. Trusted Indi Supports WA is not responsible for providing supervision or support. and any minors & years and under are required to be supported by an adult.
  1. Event Activities & Safety
  • All materials, tools, and equipment are provided unless otherwise stated.
  • Participants agree to use materials safely and follow instructions from staff.
  • Trusted Indi Supports WA is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of materials or equipment.
  • Non‑alcoholic beverages only are provided at Paint & Sip events.
  1. Food & Drinks
  • Bottomless non‑alcoholic drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mocktails) are included (paint & Sip Only).
  • A fruit platter is provided for each participant. (paint & Sip Only) .
  • Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements and modified textures when booking.
  1. Artwork Drying & Transport
  • Participants are responsible for transporting their artwork home safely.
  • Trusted Indi Supports WA is not liable for damage to artworks once they leave the venue.
  1. Photography & Media
  • Photos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify in writing before the event begins.
  1. Behaviour & Participation
  • Events are inclusive, respectful spaces for all abilities.
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Participants may take breaks at any time.
  1. Personal Belongings
  • Trusted Indi Supports WA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the event.
  1. Liability
  • By attending, participants acknowledge that art activities involve the use of paints, tools, and materials that may stain clothing or cause minor risk.
  • Participants accept responsibility for their own safety and belongings during the event.

  1. Options
  • Please advise at time of booking what option you prefer such as level of ease or image for final piece.
  1. Agreement

By booking a Paint & Sip event with Trusted Indi Supports WA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
