About

about me

I’m Madeliene, the founder of Trusted Indi Supports WA. After many years working across both the disability and aged‑care sectors, I created this service to offer support that feels genuinely human, flexible and person‑led. My background includes extensive hands‑on experience and leadership roles, all of which shaped my commitment to providing care that builds confidence, independence and meaningful everyday experiences for people of all ages and abilities. Over time, I realised that what matters most to me is connection — supporting individuals in a way that feels safe, respectful and empowering — and that’s what inspired me to begin this venture

Outside of work, I’m a Fremantle Dockers fan, an animal lover and someone who finds joy in cooking, baking, arts and crafts, movies, the beach, holidays and caravanning. Creativity has always been a big part of my life, and it naturally led to the development of my Paint & Sip and Arts & Crafts programs. These sessions bring people together in a relaxed, inclusive environment where they can explore art, build confidence, enjoy social time and create something they’re proud of. Designed for all ages and abilities, they offer a welcoming space for community connection, self‑expression and fun.

My family is a big part of my world, and that sense of warmth, humour and togetherness flows into the way I support others. I bring a calm, reliable and down‑to‑earth approach to every interaction, making sure people feel listened to, respected and in control.

I’m confident supporting people with daily living, emotional regulation, organisation, motivation, community access and creative engagement — across both NDIS and aged‑care settings. I work closely with individuals to build skills, strengthen routines, develop capacity and work towards their goals in ways that feel achievable and meaningful. Whether support is provided at home, in the community or during short‑term support, my aim is always the same: to create a safe, inclusive environment where people feel valued, connected and supported to live life in a way that reflects their strengths, preferences and aspirations.

Trusted Indi Supports WA exists because I believe everyone deserves support that feels personal, consistent and genuinely caring. My goal is to help people build confidence, explore new experiences, grow skills and enjoy everyday moments that feel positive and fulfilling.I also believe people should have genuine choice and control over who supports them, including the comfort of knowing exactly who will be working with them rather than experiencing frequent changes or unfamiliar faces. I work with self‑managed and plan‑managed individuals so they can enjoy consistent, personalised support from someone they know and trust.
